Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Purpose of the Job:Installation, troubleshoot, repair, maintain of production machinery, safety checking of power and control system maintenance as well as related components and provides guidance of daily production activities and perform routine and emergency maintenance of production machines to keeping machine efficiency and improve productivity to achievement of the company?s business goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Designing, installation, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems of industrial machineries.Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service whenever necessaryDeveloping, reviewing, updating and modifying electrical systems.Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.Refer to equipment manuals and standard operating procedures to perform required maintenance and service.Diagnose electrical problems, replace, or repair parts, electrical wiring, or fixtures, test and adjust.Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities as per pre-set schedulesCollaborate with other mechanics and electricians during the installation, refurbishment, and periodic preventive maintenance of production machineriesKeep records/Maintain Activity logsConduct periodic debriefing and assist to machine operators about the proper use, electrical safety, and light maintenance of machinesFollow up and report to immediate supervises for supply of maintenance tools and materialsOperate production machines whenever necessary following immediate supervisor?s orderComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.Maintain Food safety policy and GMP in the assigned area.Ensure the ISO standard implementation in the company.Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.The job holder is responsible to follow all SOPs and safety protocols of the company while doing his/her job.Attend monthly regular team meetings and share thoughts and ideas with colleagues.Implementing and respecting all tasks in compliance with standards and respecting all the set parameters by the system.Keeping records and documentations in compliance with the standards.Perform any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.Designing, installation, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems of industrial machineries.Designing, installation, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems of industrial machineries.Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine serv
