Department:Parts & AccessoriesReports To:Parts ManagerVehicle Portfolio:Two Wheelers & Three Wheelers (EV & IC)The Parts Executive supports the day-to-day operations of the spare parts and accessories function for two-wheeler and three-wheeler vehicles, covering both Electric (EV) and Internal Combustion (IC) models. Working under the direction of the Parts Manager, this role is responsible for developing Spare parts business and achieving targets, Collection of parts orders, Channel development, coordinate with dealerships and service centres, and ensuring timely dispatch of dealer’s order. The Parts Executive serves as a key operational link between the warehouse, operation team, and external channel partners, playing a critical role in sustaining high after-sales service standards and customer satisfaction.Target achievement, sales planning, timely order collection & dispatch, ensuring business development and revenue growth through different channel & network.Collect spare parts orders from all channel partners and submit to warehouse for timely allocation, ensure timely dispatch of orders to respective channel.Parts business development, identify potential channel, onboarding, training and providing necessary handholding to the channel partners.Target allocation to dealers, monitor dealer’s performance, genuine parts promotion and awareness campaigns, conducting retailers meet and other regular field activities in coordination with Parts manager and HO.Coordinate with the warehouse team timely allocation and dispatch of orders, attending dealer’s complaint, discrepancy claims and providing timely resolution.Assist in conducting periodic physical stock counts and reconciling system records with actual inventory in coordination with HO.Handle customer and dealer enquiries on parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines in a professional manner.Support the Parts Manager in preparing reports on fill rates, order fulfilment, and channel partners performance metrics.Keep regular updates on competition information, market intelligence and provide inputs to Parts Manager.Target achievement, sales planning, timely order collection & dispatch, ensuring business development and revenue growth through different channel & network.Collect spare parts orders from all channel partners and submit to warehouse for timely allocation, ensure timely dispatch of orders to respective channel.Parts business development, identify potential channel, onboarding, training and providing necessary handholding to the channel partners.Target allocation to dealers, monitor dealer’s performance, genuine parts promotion and awareness campaigns, conducting retailers meet and other regular field activities in coordination with Parts manager and HO.Coordinate with the warehouse team timely allocation and dispatch of orders, attending dealer’s complaint, discrepancy claims and providing timely resolution.Assist in conducting periodic physical stock counts and reconciling system records with actual inventory in coordination with HO.Handle customer and dealer enquiries on parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines in a professional manner.Support the Parts Manager in preparing reports on fill rates, order fulfilment, and channel partners performance metrics.Keep regular updates on competition information, market intelligence and provide inputs to Parts Manager.Keep regular updates on competition information, market intelligence and provide inputs to Parts Manager.
