Core Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Core Network Engineer to join our team in Ethiopia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in core network maintenance and projects, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and have a keen sensitivity to customer needs and network security. This role involves leading safety-related tasks, managing network operations, and ensuring seamless network performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute core network maintenance and project tasks, ensuring high standards of network safety and reliability.Handle overtime work as necessary to maintain network stability and respond to urgent issues.Proactively address customer requests with professionalism and urgency.Lead the team in safety-related activities, including risk assessments, temporary license management, network rectification, precautionary measures, accident drills, and switch-over testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security and operational excellence.Share knowledge and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and operational efficiency.
