CCECC has been actively engaged in infrastructure development in Africa, contributing to regional connectivity and sustainable economic growth.CCECC – DRC Road Project is currently recruiting experienced Engineers and Foremen to join our project team in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).The project includes major road and bridge infrastructure works in the Democratic Republic of Congo, including the Luapula Cable-Stayed Bridge Project, a landmark cross-border bridge with a total length of 362 meters and a main span of 184 meters. It is the first steel cable-stayed bridge in both Zambia and the DRC.The project portfolio covers the construction of a 93-kilometer two-lane asphalt concrete road and supporting border infrastructure in the Kasenga area, aimed at improving cross-border transportation efficiency and regional connectivity.Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:Operate the motor grader for earthwork and road construction works, including subgrade shaping, leveling, trimming, and water-stabilized base course construction, in accordance with construction drawings and technical requirements.Ensure accurate control of elevation, slope, and flatness to meet quality and construction specifications.Cooperate with surveyors and site engineers to follow setting-out lines and level controls during grading operations.Perform daily inspection, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of the grader to ensure safe and efficient operation.Strictly comply with site safety regulations and operational procedures, ensuring safe construction at all times.Benefits:Competitive monthly salary.Round-trip air tickets provided upon annual leave.Full board and accommodation covered by the company.Opportunity to grow within a leading international construction company.
