This role involves expanding financial inclusion and empowering Somali entrepreneurs, with a particular focus on supporting Small and Medium Enterprise in Somalia.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 & 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡: Lead the development and implementation of the companys strategic and annual business plans, focusing on increasing market outreach and achieving profitability targets.𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Oversee all daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, high customer service standards, and a professional financial environment across all departments (lending, customer service, etc.).𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭 & 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Supervise loan processing, appraisal, disbursement, and recovery processes. Maintain a healthy loan portfolio by ensuring timely repayments and low delinquency rates, adhering to credit policies and risk mitigation frameworks.𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Develop and manage the institutional budget, oversee financial affairs, and ensure the provision of accurate and prompt financial and management reports to the Group CEO.𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Ensure strict adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements set by the Central Bank of Somalia, including Sharia compliance.
