Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commis II Chef to join our kitchen team during the night shift. The role involves assisting in food preparation, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and menu guidelines. Follow instructions from senior chefs to ensure consistent quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items to minimize waste. Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries.Support the kitchen team in various tasks during busy service periods. Perform other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Head Chef.Assist in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and menu guidelines.
